Application Selections
Our hiring process goes through a complex task of finding qualified candidates for our clients. All candidates must meet our company requirements for any position. Including having the right to work in Canada.
Candidate Selections
We will only select candidates who meet our recruiting requirements. Candidates must provide previous employment records, education certificates, personal referrals, work permits & most important they must have a clean criminal record.
Candidate Screening
The selected candidates then will go through an in-depth application screening, referral checking & finally have a face-to-face interview by recruiting officers.
Recruitment Process
Once we select the qualified candidates we will provide them with work safety training that is required by our clients, work insurance policy and WSIB protocols.
